Five Aces Brewing Co. is a family owned and operated outfit, proudly serving locally produced small batch craft beer and food to compliment Gippsland and its renowned produce heritage.
Our standard beer styles include Lagers, Pale Ales and IPA’s including a “Hazy”…but we are also excited by our random tap…affectionately known as “the Random Ace”, it’s where our new recipes/styles start out life and you might even find one or two of our “mates” brews from time to time..
Our kitchen features a menu that combines seasonal and homegrown produce and is rustically inspired and prepared to enhance the Five Aces Craft Beer Experience.
Our bar stands proudly alongside our brew floor where you can see and smell the new batches as they are taking shape, we have tasting paddles for you to experience prior to battening down for a quiet session, did I mention our cider? we also offer a cider and stock a range of spirits…Like our beer, the bar is also hand crafted locally, the solid Blackwood featured timbers resemble some of the different colours and grains often seen in craft beer and we are pretty proud to pay homage to Gippsland’s timber heritage too.
